Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized BCBA to deliver assessment, supervision, treatment planning, and direct consultation in a hybrid role. This position combines remote clinical planning and documentation with regular onsite service delivery and team supervision. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to data-driven, person-centered interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP)
Provide direct ABA services and clinical supervision to RBTs and Program Managers in home, school, and community settings
Deliver parent, caregiver, and school staff training and consultation
Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and progress reporting
Prepare and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans)
Coordinate care with families, teachers, therapists, and other professionals
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and agency policies and state regulations
Qualifications Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance, and ability to travel locally to client sites
Ability to pass required background checks and any state-mandated screenings
Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing clinical supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and collaborative demeanor
Preferred
Experience in home- and clinic-based ABA services
Familiarity with telehealth/remote service delivery and electronic clinical documentation systems
Additional experience supervising and mentoring clinicians
Experience with diverse populations and culturally responsive care
Spanish (not required)
Work Schedule & Location
Hybrid schedule
Typical caseload includes a mix of direct services, supervision hours, and remote clinical work
Flexibility to work evenings or some weekends as required by client needs

Position Summary: The In-Home Behavior Technician delivers direct ABA services to children and adolescents in their home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role implements individualized treatment plans, collects data, teaches skills, and supports families to generalize gains across daily routines. Technicians work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to promote independence and reduce problem behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings with fidelity.
Collect accurate, objective session data and maintain timely documentation.
Monitor client progress and communicate observations and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
Use positive reinforcement, least-restrictive interventions, and safety protocols.
Support caregiver training and coaching to promote skill generalization and consistency.
Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and required trainings.
Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
Travel to client homes within assigned service area; maintain reliable transportation, and car insurance.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months experience working with children (preferably in behavioral health, education, or therapy settings).
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to pass background checks (state and federal), TB test, and required health screenings.
Willingness to complete RBT credentialing (if not already certified) and company onboarding/training.
Preferred:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing (if applicable).
Experience implementing ABA programs and data collection systems.
Coursework or certification in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or related field.
Experience working with clients with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Work Conditions
In-home and community-based work; variable schedule including daytime, after-school, and occasional weekend sessions as needed.
Physical requirements: ability to engage with children (sitting on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally, active movement), and deliver hands-on support when necessary.
Travel throughout the service area; mileage reimbursement provided per company policy.
