3. Complete Intake Process

4. Functional Behavior Assessment conducted by us

5. Assessment submitted to insurance for authorization

6. Once authorization received, we will schedule for service start.

   or if your family decides not to go through insurance and use our private pay option:

How long are sessions?

Duration of sessions vary depending on client and families individual needs. Sessions can range between 1.5 hours to 4 hours.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place in the family home, in the community (depending on client needs), or in clinic (coming soon).
