About US

Learning Tree Proactive Therapies was founded in the Antelope Valley, Ca in 2025. Learning Tree Proactive Therapies is a woman-owned business founded by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) committed to delivering the highest quality, evidence-based care. Our team leverages the most current research in applied behavior analysis to create individualized treatment plans that effectively support our clients’ unique needs and goals. By prioritizing data-driven interventions and ongoing professional development, we ensure exceptional outcomes and meaningful progress for every individual we serve.

At Learning Tree Proactive Therapies, we are dedicated to providing high-quality training for our staff to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism. Our commitment extends beyond internal excellence, as we actively foster positive, collaborative relationships with families. By combining expert knowledge with strong communication and trust, we create a supportive environment that promotes the well-being and growth of every individual we serve.

Tailoring treatment to meet family needs requires a comprehensive understanding of each family’s unique dynamics, values, and circumstances. At Learning Tree Proactive Therapies, we emphasize personalized care plans that respect and incorporate the individual goals and preferences of families. This approach ensures that therapy is not only effective but also meaningful and sustainable within the family’s daily life.

Promoting diversity and cultural inclusion is integral to our treatment philosophy. We recognize and honor the diverse backgrounds, traditions, and languages of the families we serve. Our therapists receive ongoing training in cultural competency to provide sensitive, respectful, and inclusive care. This includes integrating culturally relevant practices and communication styles into therapy sessions and collaborating with families to address any cultural considerations that may impact treatment.

By combining individualized family-centered care with a commitment to diversity and cultural inclusion, we create a therapeutic environment where all families feel valued, understood, and empowered to achieve the best outcomes for their loved ones.
